Relieve Your Stress Simply!


  • Do Nothing. Take ten minutes a day to do absolutely zilch. It's harder than it sounds. Try it right now. Just sit (resist the urge to plan dinner). Set alarm so you dont have to look at your watch. Be content doing nothing. You will feel freshness in your days. 
  • Listen To Some Soothing Sound. Some favourite music will not only give you inspiration. It can also help slow down the heart rate and lower blood pressure. 
  • Be old fashioned. Do such ancient thing like growing potted herbs, sewing, write letter on paper, set aside an evening to prepare a traditional dinner for family, will slow your hectic life right down. 
  • speak slowly. If you learn to pace yourself and think about what you say, you'll eventually trivk your brain into a calmer mood. 
  • Pooh-pooh perfection. It's important to do your best and be satisfied with that. Dont fret about being flawless. 
  • Get organized. Get into the habit of making to-do lists, shopping lists, and even wish lists. Avoid procrastination by breaking big projects into small goals, and never be afraid to ask for help if you need it.
